Tur\u015fu ve yo\u011furt gibi ev yap\u0131m\u0131 g\u0131dalar, sebze ve meyve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131 diyabetten korumak i\u00e7in babaanne usul\u00fcyle do\u011fal ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle besleyin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;\u00c7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za spor al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmeliyiz&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n bilgisayar oyunlar\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 hale geldi\u011fine dikkati \u00e7eken T\u00fcrkkahraman, &#8220;Kom\u015fu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 sokakta bulu\u015fup top oynamak yerine odalar\u0131ndan bilgisayarda ayn\u0131 oyuna giriyor. Sokakta bulu\u015fmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7ocuklar art\u0131k internet \u00fczerinden oyunlarda bir araya geliyor. Hi\u00e7 hareket etmiyor, ko\u015fup oynam\u0131yorlar.
