Birden yo\u011fun bir spor ve egzersiz temposuna girilmemelidir.&#8221; dedi.<\/h4>\n<p>Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Uzman\u0131\u00a0<strong>Prof. Dr. Ertu\u011frul Ak\u015fahin<\/strong>, yeni tip\u00a0<strong>koronavir\u00fcs<\/strong>\u00a0(Kovid-19) nedeniyle evde ge\u00e7irilen izolasyon s\u00fcreci sonras\u0131 yeniden\u00a0<strong>spor\u00a0<\/strong>yapacak ki\u015filerin birden yo\u011fun\u00a0<strong>egzersiz\u00a0<\/strong>temposuna girmemesi gerekti\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Ak\u015fahin, AA muhabirine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u00c7in&#8217;den ba\u015flayan ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 etkisi alt\u0131na alan yeni tip koronavir\u00fcs salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n insanlar\u0131 al\u0131\u015f\u0131k olmad\u0131klar\u0131 bir hayat\u0131n i\u00e7ine s\u00fcr\u00fckledi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Hastal\u0131kla m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrecinde al\u0131nan zorunlu \u00f6nlemler ve soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131n\u0131n sosyal hayatta ve i\u015f hayat\u0131nda temel de\u011fi\u015fikliklere neden oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan Ak\u015fahin, &#8220;Bu anlamda, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcre\u00e7 hepimizi daha az hareketli bir hayata y\u00f6neltti diyebiliriz.
