Ziyaret\u00e7iler \u015fehirde aras\u0131nda kaburga dolmas\u0131, ci\u011fer kebab\u0131, meftune, i\u00e7li k\u00f6fte, etli ve ek\u015fili dolma gibi y\u00f6resel lezzeti tatma imkan\u0131 buluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;da her mevsim ilgi g\u00f6ren kaburga dolmas\u0131, her malzemesi \u00f6zenle se\u00e7ilerek kuzunun kaburga k\u0131sm\u0131ndan yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu e\u015fsiz lezzet ha\u015flanm\u0131\u015f pirin\u00e7, maydanoz, karabiber, pul biber, reyhan, \u00e7e\u015fitli baharatlar ve sal\u00e7an\u0131n kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak kuzu kaburgas\u0131na doldurulmas\u0131yla haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.
