{"id":69911,"date":"2021-01-28T00:47:36","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T21:47:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haberegider.com\/blog\/?p=69911"},"modified":"2021-01-28T00:47:36","modified_gmt":"2021-01-27T21:47:36","slug":"turk-bilim-insanlari-cin-ortakliginda-koronavirus-ilaci-gelistirilmesine-katki-saglayacak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.haberegider.com\/blog\/turk-bilim-insanlari-cin-ortakliginda-koronavirus-ilaci-gelistirilmesine-katki-saglayacak\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fcrk bilim insanlar\u0131 \u00c7in ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda koronavir\u00fcs ilac\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Kocaeli \u00dcniversitesi (KO\u00dc) ile \u00c7in&#8217;deki partnerler ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, yeni tip koronavir\u00fcs (Kovid-19) tedavisinde kullan\u0131lacak ila\u00e7 \u00fcretilmesine y\u00f6nelik uluslararas\u0131 proje geli\u015ftirildi.<\/h4>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Kurumu (T\u00dcB\u0130TAK) ile \u00c7in Ulusal Do\u011fal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Vakf\u0131 (NSFC) aras\u0131ndaki bilimsel ve teknolojik i\u015f birli\u011fi protokol\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan ortak ara\u015ft\u0131rma projeleri \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 sonu\u00e7land\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-NSFC ikili i\u015f birli\u011fi program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131lan &#8220;Geni\u015f Etkili Yeni Anti-Korona Vir\u00fcs Stratejilerinin Geli\u015ftirilmesi&#8221; projesi kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Proje, KO\u00dc ile \u00c7in&#8217;den Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences ve Shanghai Jiao Tong University ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilecek.<\/p>\n<p>KO\u00dc Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezleri binas\u0131nda yer alan Antikor \u00dcretim Birimi ve Proteomiks Biriminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek projenin T\u00fcrkiye aya\u011f\u0131nda, KO\u00dc&#8217;l\u00fc akademisyenlerin protein hedefli ila\u00e7 molek\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn antikor k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcretmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/9d870034-0904-421d-883e-be4a9575ee58\/Oguzhan%2F2021%2FOcak%2Fbilim1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Antikor \u00fcreten \u00f6l\u00fcms\u00fcz h\u00fccrelerin \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>KO\u00dc T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi T\u0131bbi Mikrobiyoloji Ana Bilim Dal\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Aynur Karadenizli, AA muhabirine, \u00c7in&#8217;deki partnerlerini belirleyerek ge\u00e7en temmuz sonunda sunduklar\u0131 projenin kabul edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda bir nevi ila\u00e7 geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fini belirten Karadenizli, &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de protein hedefli ila\u00e7 molek\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn (PROTAC) antikor k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcniversite laboratuvarlar\u0131m\u0131zda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. PROTAC ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 antikoru olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in hedef proteine ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Bu proteini de protein birimimizin sorumlusu Prof. Dr. Murat Kasap ve ekibi \u00fcretecek. \u00dcretimin her basama\u011f\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yapmak istiyoruz. D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan haz\u0131r alma d\u00f6neminin art\u0131k sona erdi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Protein k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 elde ettikten sonra hayvan imm\u00fcnizasyon (ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131klama) basamaklar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6zel deney fareleri kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/9d870034-0904-421d-883e-be4a9575ee58\/Oguzhan%2F2021%2FOcak%2Fbilim3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Karadenizli, projeyle antikor \u00fcreten \u00f6l\u00fcms\u00fcz h\u00fccrelerin (Hibridoma) \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacaklar\u0131na i\u015faret ederek, &#8220;Projeyle ilgili maddi boyutu hen\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131lmad\u0131, yani hen\u00fcz sarf malzeme ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi ama biz bu arada bo\u015f durmuyoruz. \u00c7in&#8217;deki partnerlerimizle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Antikor \u00fcretiminde kullanaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z h\u00fccre dizilerini belirledik. \u00c7in&#8217;deki partnerlerimiz de ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapt\u0131. Bu projede, insan v\u00fccudunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen reaksiyonlar\u0131 laboratuvar ortam\u0131nda h\u00fccreler \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Kovid-19&#8217;un etkisinin hala s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkati \u00e7eken Karadenizli, &#8220;A\u015f\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00fcndeminde, pandemiyi kesinlikle a\u015f\u0131yla frenleyebiliriz. Yayg\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lama, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ge\u00e7irilmesi ve antikor olu\u015fturma sonras\u0131nda toplum ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131k bile olsa Kovid-19 hastalar\u0131 mutlaka olacakt\u0131r. Vakalar yine hastanelere gelecek. Tedavide bu vir\u00fcse \u00f6zg\u00fc ilac\u0131m\u0131z yok. Bu proje sayesinde bir umudumuz var. Bu projeyle hedeflenen ila\u00e7 uygulamas\u0131 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonucunda belirlenecek. K\u0131sa vadeli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm de\u011fil. Sadece Kovid-19 i\u00e7in de\u011fil, di\u011fer koronavir\u00fcslerin sebep oldu\u011fu enfeksiyonlar\u0131 da tedavi edebilecek bir sistem \u00fcretimi hedefleniyor.
