Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalamalar\u0131m\u0131zda bize ula\u015fan numunelerin y\u00fczde 50&#8217;i kadar\u0131n\u0131 kabul ediyorduk. Bize ula\u015fan numunelerin kalitesinde de bir miktar azalma oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma bir b\u00f6lgesel ve global ger\u00e7ek. \u00d6nceki ay Almanya&#8217;da kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir g\u0131da fuar\u0131nda Avrupal\u0131 di\u011fer bal paketleyicisi ve \u00fcreticisi firmalarla da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fck, Ukrayna&#8217;dan Macaristan&#8217;a ve Fransa&#8217;ya olan co\u011frafyada \u00f6nemli bal \u00fcreticileri buralarda yer al\u0131yor. Oralarda da kurakl\u0131ktan dolay\u0131 bir rekolte azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Bal\u0131n kalitesini anlaman\u0131n tek yolu detayl\u0131 analiz&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Bal\u0131n ta\u011f\u015fi\u015fe en a\u00e7\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden biri olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n geli\u015ftirdikleri analiz sistemiyle 300&#8217;den fazla parametrede de\u011ferlendirme yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan \u00d6zyurt, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ar-Ge merkezimiz T\u00dcB\u0130TAK taraf\u0131ndan da akreditedir. Bir tanesi baldaki taklit ve ta\u011f\u015fi\u015fin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in metot geli\u015ftirilmesi ve ilgililerle payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131. Gururla s\u00f6yleyebilirim ki d\u00fcnyada ilk kez esmer pirin\u00e7 \u015furubunun &#8216;marker&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 bizim Ar-Ge merkezimiz tespit etti ve biz bu metodu hem hakemli bir bilimsel dergide yay\u0131nlayarak kamuoyuna mal ettik hem de di\u011fer analiz yapan laboratuvarlarla payla\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci t\u00fcr ileti\u015fimimizde t\u00fcketicilerimize y\u00f6nelik oluyor burada yap\u0131lan analizler bir karekod vas\u0131tas\u0131yla t\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizin ambalajlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine bas\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u00fcketicilerimiz bu karekodla \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7eri\u011fine dair analiz raporuna do\u011frudan ula\u015fabiliyorlar. Bunu da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde bildi\u011fimiz kadar\u0131yla yapan tek markay\u0131z. Bizim Mu\u011fla Ula&#8217;da yerle\u015fik bir Ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k Akademimiz var, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir mobil karavan\u0131m\u0131z var.
