Germiyan ekme\u011finin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zelli\u011fi as\u0131rl\u0131k ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip olan mayas\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ninelerimiz \u00f6yle bahsediyor. Ayr\u0131ca tam bu\u011fday unu kullan\u0131yoruz, ikisi bir araya gelince g\u00fczel bir hamur ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Sonra odun ate\u015finde 300 derecede f\u0131r\u0131na veriyoruz. Ard\u0131ndan 45 dakika f\u0131r\u0131nda dinlendiriyoruz. D\u0131\u015far\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p bir saat tekrar dinlendiriyoruz. Sonra kesime ve t\u00fcketime haz\u0131r hale geliyor. Ayn\u0131 mayan\u0131n devam ettirilmesiyle Germiyan ekme\u011fi \u00fcretiliyor.
