Uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n isteklerinin ana etken oldu\u011funu da g\u00f6steren ara\u015ft\u0131rmada en b\u00fcy\u00fck zorluklar ise vergi ve yasal uyumluluk olarak g\u00f6steriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>KPMG, \u201cUzaktan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada G\u00fcncel Trendler\u201d raporunda 530&#8217;dan fazla \u015firkete uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla ilgili de\u011ferlendirmelerini sordu. Y\u00fczde 82\u2019sinin EMA b\u00f6lgesinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar aras\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli sekt\u00f6rlerden y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri, y\u00f6neticiler, mobilite konusunda uzman ki\u015filer, insan kaynaklar\u0131 yetkilileri, vergi ve i\u015f hukuku uzmanlar\u0131 bulunuyor. Raporda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar, uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma konusunda k\u00fcresel e\u011filimlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra b\u00f6lgesel ve sekt\u00f6r farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli fikirler veriyor.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine yer verilen KPMG T\u00fcrkiye \u0130nsan ve De\u011fi\u015fim Hizmetleri Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Jan Erdem Y\u0131lmaz, \u015firketlerin, h\u0131zl\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde gelece\u011fin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131k yaparken kesinle\u015fen bir ger\u00e7ek oldu\u011funu, uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, ya\u015fam\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline geldi\u011fini belirterek, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Gerek mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n talepleri gerekse de rekabetin yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu yetenek pazar\u0131nda \u00f6ne ge\u00e7me ihtiyac\u0131yla birlikte uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma politikalar\u0131 y\u00fckseli\u015fte. Bu a\u015famada, \u015firketlerin esnekli\u011fin nas\u0131l ve ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 netle\u015ftirmesi \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle i\u015fin gereksinimleri ile ilgili olarak fonksiyonlar \u00f6zelinde \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmi\u015f yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n benimsenmesi ve bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve verimlili\u011fi eksenlerinde kurgulanmas\u0131 \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, \u00f6zellikle uluslararas\u0131 boyut kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda karma\u015f\u0131k vergisel ve yasal s\u00fcre\u00e7leri beraberinde getirebiliyor ya da i\u015f ve sosyal g\u00fcvenlik uygulamalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin endi\u015felere yol a\u00e7abiliyor. Bu nedenle \u015firketlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modellerini d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcrken uyum ve risk konular\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmas\u0131 kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma politikalar\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor<\/h3>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re \u015firketlerin y\u00fczde 89\u2019u \u015fu an uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma politikas\u0131n\u0131 zaten uyguluyor veya uygulamay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Kurulu\u015flar\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 (y\u00fczde 52) uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma politikas\u0131 uygulamay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken y\u00fczde 37&#8217;si zaten halihaz\u0131rda uyguluyor. Bu \u015fekilde bir politika uygulamay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyenlerin oran\u0131 ise sadece y\u00fczde 5\u2019te kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla birlikte, stratejiler her kurulu\u015fun i\u015f modeline, uzun vadeli stratejik hedeflerine ve kurumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Telekom\u00fcnikasyon ve teknoloji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fczde 64 ile bu modeli uygulayanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekerken, bu iki sekt\u00f6rde uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme a\u015famas\u0131nda olanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 27 seviyesinde bulunuyor. BT tabanl\u0131 \u015firketlerin, \u00f6zellikle de startup sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndekilerin, h\u0131zl\u0131 karar verebilmesi ve uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bir DNA\u2019lar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmas\u0131 nedeniyle bu sekt\u00f6rlerdeki y\u00fcksek oran da \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 durumda bulunmuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan ilgin\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde yiyecek, i\u00e7ecek, perakende ve t\u00fcketici sekt\u00f6rlerindeki kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 90\u2019n\u0131 uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma politikas\u0131 planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Bunlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131 bu politikay\u0131 uygulamay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131 \u015fu an uygulamakta olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. \u0130malat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in, i\u015f yerinde daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n gereklili\u011fi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bu sonu\u00e7lar daha da \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 oldu. Hatta baz\u0131 \u015firketler, sanal ger\u00e7eklik g\u00f6zl\u00fckleri ile uzaktan makine bak\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi yeni teknolojiler kullan\u0131larak i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fini ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n<h3>Uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n istekleri ana etken<\/h3>\n<p>Uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma nedenlerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan gelen istekler ve Kovid-19 k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131 geliyor. Kurulu\u015flar\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 (y\u00fczde 55), uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma politikalar\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fleri veya d\u0131\u015f fakt\u00f6rlerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011fil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n isteklerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in hayata ge\u00e7irdi.<\/p>\n<p>Uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6ntemleri de kurulu\u015flara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6steriyor. Y\u00fczde 42 ile \u00e7o\u011fu \u015firket, \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya odaklan\u0131yor. \u00dclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda, \u015firketlerin y\u00fczde 22\u2019si 90 g\u00fcnden daha az bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6ntemini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. 90 g\u00fcnden fazla s\u00fcre i\u00e7in bu oran y\u00fczde 8\u2019e kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Ayr\u0131ca kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n sadece y\u00fczde 9\u2019u \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan bu y\u00f6ntemle i\u015fe al\u0131m yapmay\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdiklerini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Vergi ve yasal uyumluluk y\u00fczde 88 ile uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 uygulamak isteyen \u015firketler i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck zorluklar olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Halihaz\u0131rda \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7e\u015fitli vergi ve yasal d\u00fczenlemeler oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bu sonu\u00e7 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 olmuyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik, veri koruma ve BT g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, gelir ve kurumlar vergisi d\u00fczenlemeleri ile ilgili \u00fclkelere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen i\u015fveren y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri bulunuyor. \u00dclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, daha fazla uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeler devreye girdik\u00e7e uyum daha da karma\u015f\u0131k hale geliyor.
