D\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde olan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki kullan\u0131c\u0131lar ise internette ortalama 8 saat ge\u00e7irdi. Listede Japonya, 4 saat 26 dakikayla en az internet kullan\u0131m s\u00fcresine sahip \u00fclke oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015filay, 12 ya\u015f ve \u00fczerindeki gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck en fazla 120 dakika ekran kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6neriyor. Di\u011fer ya\u015f gruplar\u0131nda ise 0-3 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndakilerin ekrandan olabildi\u011finde uzak tutulmas\u0131, 3-6 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndakilerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck en fazla 30 dakika, 6-9 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndakilerin en fazla 50 dakika, 9-12 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndakilerin ise en fazla 70 dakika ekran ba\u015f\u0131nda ge\u00e7irmesi tavsiye ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Teknoloji ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in ise \u015funlar \u00f6neriliyor:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;G\u00fcnl\u00fck internet kullan\u0131m saatlerini de\u011fi\u015ftirin.
