{"id":76182,"date":"2023-03-30T18:19:09","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T15:19:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haberegider.com\/blog\/?p=76182"},"modified":"2023-03-30T18:19:09","modified_gmt":"2023-03-30T15:19:09","slug":"tarim-ve-orman-bakanligi-kurakliga-dayanikli-cesitlerin-ekimini-yayginlastiriyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.haberegider.com\/blog\/tarim-ve-orman-bakanligi-kurakliga-dayanikli-cesitlerin-ekimini-yayginlastiriyor\/","title":{"rendered":"Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlerin ekimini yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesindeki TAGEM enstit\u00fclerince iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek verimli tohum \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, tescil edilmi\u015f t\u00fcrlerin ekiminin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<\/h4>\n<p>ANKARA (AA) &#8211; Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesindeki Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve Politikalar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (TAGEM) enstit\u00fclerince iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek verimli tohum \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, tescil edilmi\u015f t\u00fcrlerin ekiminin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131ktan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, bir yandan &#8220;Tar\u0131msal Kurakl\u0131kla M\u00fccadele Stratejisi ve Eylem Plan\u0131&#8221;na ili\u015fkin haz\u0131rl\u0131klar devam ederken bir yandan da\u00a0\u00a0Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve Politikalar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (TAGEM) b\u00fcnyesinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren enstit\u00fclerce, de\u011fi\u015fen iklim ve toprak ko\u015fullar\u0131nda dahi y\u00fcksek verim ve kalite elde edilmesini sa\u011flayacak tohumlar i\u00e7in \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerince kurakl\u0131\u011fa tolerantl\u0131 (uyumlu) 30 ekmeklik bu\u011fday, 12 makarnal\u0131k bu\u011fday ve 19 arpa \u00e7e\u015fidi geli\u015ftirilerek \u00fcreticinin istifadesine sunuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Konya Bahri Da\u011fda\u015f Uluslararas\u0131 Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 2010&#8217;da kurulan ve d\u00fcnyada \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada bulunan Kurakl\u0131k Test Merkezi&#8217;nde on binlerce materyal morfolojik, fenolojik ve fizyolojik testten ge\u00e7iriliyor. Merkezde bug\u00fcne kadar 19 \u00e7e\u015fit, testlerden ba\u015far\u0131yla ge\u00e7erek tescil edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Tescil edilen \u00e7e\u015fitler son y\u0131llarda \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6re ve Tar\u0131m \u0130\u015fletmeleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne (T\u0130GEM) devredilerek tohum \u00e7o\u011faltma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7e\u015fitlerden TANER ve BOZKIR&#8217;da, kurakl\u0131k dayan\u0131m\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek su kullan\u0131m etkinli\u011fi \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde kuruda ekilen mevcut \u00e7e\u015fitlere g\u00f6re verimde y\u00fczde 15-20 art\u0131\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131. Kalite a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan TANER&#8217;de elde edilen art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 250, BOZKIR&#8217;da y\u00fczde 200 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0130GEM&#8217;e devredilen SEL\u00c7UKLU ise daha y\u00fcksek verim ve kalite \u00f6zellikleriyle piyasaya sunulacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlerin t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Mevcut yay\u0131lma h\u0131z\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, geli\u015ftirilen \u00e7e\u015fitlerin kullan\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131n yak\u0131n zamanda ekmeklik bu\u011fday ekili\u015f alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fczeye ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kurakl\u0131kla m\u00fccadelede \u00e7e\u015fit geli\u015ftirme yan\u0131nda koruyucu toprak i\u015fleme ve do\u011frudan ekim uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00fclke genelinde TAGEM ve Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler G\u0131da ve Tar\u0131m \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (FAO) destekli projeler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla \u00fcreticilerin toprak haz\u0131rlama masraflar\u0131 azalt\u0131larak girdi maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ayr\u0131ca toprak i\u015flenip par\u00e7alanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan topraktaki nem muhafaza edilerek kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n etkisi azalt\u0131l\u0131yor. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla bu sistemi kullanan \u00fcretici say\u0131s\u0131 ve do\u011frudan ekilen alanlar art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3>Kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 nohut<\/h3>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l teklif edilen ve TAGEM-Do\u011fu Akdeniz Ge\u00e7it Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn 2023-2027 d\u00f6neminde y\u00fcr\u00fctece\u011fi &#8220;Kurakl\u0131k Stresine Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 Nohut Genotiplerinin Geli\u015ftirilmesi Projesi&#8221; ile kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131, \u00fcreticilerin ve pazar\u0131n isteklerine uygun yeni nohut \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ama\u00e7la kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ebeveyn hatlar belirlenecek ve \u0131slah program\u0131 olu\u015fturulacak. Geli\u015ftirilecek yeni \u00e7e\u015fitlerle \u00fcreticilerin kurakl\u0131k nedeniyle ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kay\u0131plar azalt\u0131larak hem \u00fcreticiler hem de \u00fclke ekonomisine daha fazla katk\u0131da bulunulacak.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cak \u0130klim Tah\u0131llar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda TAGEM&#8217;e ba\u011fl\u0131 enstit\u00fclerde konunun uzman\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan olas\u0131 k\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi senaryolar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilerek \u00f6ncelikle kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fit geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, alternatif k\u00fclt\u00fcr bitkileri ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 ve di\u011fer agronomik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara \u00f6nem verilerek ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 projeler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>TAGEM taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen ve 2017-2021 d\u00f6neminde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen &#8220;M\u0131s\u0131rda Kurakl\u0131k Stresine Toleransl\u0131 \u00c7e\u015fit Islah\u0131 Projesi&#8221; ile kurakl\u0131\u011fa toleransl\u0131l\u0131k \u0131slah\u0131 i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulan pop\u00fclasyonlardan ileri kademede nitelikli hatlar elde edildi ve \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemlerde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan saf hatlar birbirleriyle melezlenerek aday \u00e7e\u015fitler geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<h3>Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta kaba yem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Kaba yem ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesine y\u00f6nelik olarak da kurakl\u0131\u011fa tolerantl\u0131 yem bitkisi (Macar fi\u011f, otlak ayr\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u0131l\u00e7\u0131ks\u0131z brom, korunga gibi) \u00e7e\u015fit geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Orta Anadolu ve ge\u00e7it b\u00f6lgelerine uygun kurak ko\u015fullara dayan\u0131kl\u0131 iki \u00e7e\u015fit Aksoyak ve \u00d6zcan Macar fi\u011f \u00e7e\u015fitleri 2020&#8217;de geli\u015ftirildi. Kuru \u015fartlarda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen yonca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, yonca \u0131slah projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya genelinde kurak ve yar\u0131 kurak b\u00f6lgelerde hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta kaba yem olarak yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131lan ancak T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de pek tan\u0131nmayan \u00e7al\u0131 bitkisi konusunda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan da olumlu sonu\u00e7 al\u0131nd\u0131. Ankara Tarla Bitkileri Merkez Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ve Eski\u015fehir Ge\u00e7it Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fcnde \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131m ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ok su t\u00fcketen ve 8-10 ton silaj elde edilen silajl\u0131k m\u0131s\u0131ra alternatif olabilecek silajl\u0131k yulaf ve tritikale geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda, dekara 7 ton silaj elde edilebilen yulaf ve tritikale \u00e7e\u015fitleri geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Enstit\u00fclerde ayr\u0131ca &#8220;Soyada Verim ve Kalite \u00d6zellikleri Bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00dcst\u00fcn, Kurakl\u0131\u011fa Toleransl\u0131 Genotiplerin Geli\u015ftirilmesi (2021-2023 )&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 T\u00dcB\u0130TAK projesi y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Proje sonunda kura\u011fa tolerant soya \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>TAGEM-\u00fcniversite i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle &#8220;Kura\u011fa Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 Hibrit \u015eeker Pancar\u0131 \u00c7e\u015fit Geli\u015ftirme Projesi&#8221; de devam ediyor. Proje sonunda kura\u011fa tolerant \u015feker pancar\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h3>Tar\u0131msal Kurakl\u0131kla M\u00fccadele Stratejisi ve Eylem Plan\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n &#8220;Tar\u0131msal Kurakl\u0131kla M\u00fccadele Stratejisi ve Eylem Plan\u0131&#8221; kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da devam ediyor. Planda yer alan baz\u0131 hedefler \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve kurakl\u0131kla m\u00fccadele ad\u0131na kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hububat \u00e7e\u015fitleri geli\u015ftirilerek kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Daha az su t\u00fcketen, su kullan\u0131m etkinli\u011fi y\u00fcksek end\u00fcstri bitkileri geli\u015ftirilmesi,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131-tolerant \u00e7ay\u0131r-mera yem bitkilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Orta Anadolu&#8217;da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;Kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerin geli\u015ftirilmesine \u00f6nem veriyoruz&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine yer verilen Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakan\u0131 Vahit Kiri\u015fci, 2023-2027 d\u00f6nemine ait planlar\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekerek, hem sulu hem de kuru tar\u0131m i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011finin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Kiri\u015fci, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;T\u00fcm kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla kurakl\u0131k tehlikesine kar\u015f\u0131 teyakkuzday\u0131z. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flayacak tedbirler almak stratejik \u00f6nceliklerimiz aras\u0131nda. Kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerin geli\u015ftirilmesi bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz en kritik konulardan biri.
