{"id":76630,"date":"2023-12-27T01:25:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-26T22:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haberegider.com\/blog\/?p=76630"},"modified":"2023-12-28T01:26:07","modified_gmt":"2023-12-27T22:26:07","slug":"3-boyutlu-biyoyazici-ile-yapay-kulak-zari-ve-girtlak-yamasi-uretildi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.haberegider.com\/blog\/3-boyutlu-biyoyazici-ile-yapay-kulak-zari-ve-girtlak-yamasi-uretildi\/","title":{"rendered":"3 boyutlu biyoyaz\u0131c\u0131 ile yapay kulak zar\u0131 ve g\u0131rtlak yamas\u0131 \u00fcretildi"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>\u0130stanbul&#8217;daki 3 \u00fcniversitenin ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu 3 boyutlu biyoyaz\u0131c\u0131 ile yapay kulak zar\u0131 yamas\u0131 ve g\u0131rtlak yamas\u0131 \u00fcretildi.<\/h4>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131z Teknik \u00dcniversitesi (YT\u00dc), \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi-Cerrahpa\u015fa (\u0130\u00dcC) ve Marmara \u00dcniversitesi (\u0130\u00dc) taraf\u0131ndan 2 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Sa\u011fl\u0131k Biyoteknolojisi M\u00fckemmeliyet Ortak Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (SAB\u0130OTEK) kuruldu.<\/p>\n<p>SAB\u0130OTEK&#8217;teki bilim insanlar\u0131, iki ayr\u0131 T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1001 Projesi&#8217;yle 3 boyutlu biyoyaz\u0131c\u0131 ile geli\u015ftirilen, ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel yapay kulak zar\u0131 yamas\u0131 ve g\u0131rtlak yamas\u0131 \u00fcretti.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/96f91bbd-282f-4a24-a12c-1b1092cfeb3b\/009_2023%2F01_2023%2F30_Aralik%2F34%2F20231204_2_61535438_95568004.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek teknolojiyle \u00fcretilen dokular\u0131n \u00f6n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 tamamland\u0131 ve hayvanlar \u00fczerindeki deney a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n<p>YT\u00dc Biyom\u00fchendislik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi ve SAB\u0130OTEK Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Cem B\u00fclent \u00dcst\u00fcnda\u011f, AA muhabirine, sa\u011fl\u0131k biyoteknoloji alan\u0131nda y\u00fcksek katma de\u011ferli \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcretmenin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki 3 \u00fcniversitenin bir araya geldi\u011fini belirten \u00dcst\u00fcnda\u011f, &#8220;SAB\u0130OTEK\u2018te T\u00dcB\u0130TAK destekli iki projemiz var. Bu projelerde 3 \u00fcniversiteden hocalar yer al\u0131yor.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/96f91bbd-282f-4a24-a12c-1b1092cfeb3b\/009_2023%2F01_2023%2F30_Aralik%2F34%2F20231204_2_61535438_95568007.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u00dcst\u00fcnda\u011f, SAB\u0130OTEK\u2018te yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda yapay kulak zar\u0131 yamas\u0131 \u00fcrettiklerini anlatarak, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kulak zar\u0131 deli\u011finin tamir edilmesi i\u00e7in doku m\u00fchendisli\u011fi stratejisiyle 3 boyutlu yaz\u0131c\u0131larla kulak yamas\u0131 \u00fcrettik. \u00dcretti\u011fimiz kulak zar\u0131 yamas\u0131 halihaz\u0131rdaki mevcut teknolojilerden \u00e7ok farkl\u0131. \u0130\u00e7erisinde bir tak\u0131m b\u00fcy\u00fcme fakt\u00f6rleri ve bilimsel literat\u00fcrde ilk defa \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan farkl\u0131 re\u00e7inelerle geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz, yara iyile\u015fmesini sa\u011flayacak baz\u0131 proteinler ile kombine edilmi\u015f bu yamalar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla kulak zar\u0131ndaki hasar\u0131n tamirini daha da kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak bir teknik geli\u015ftirildi. Bile\u015fenleri \u00f6nce hayvanlar \u00fczerinde deneyece\u011fiz, o a\u015famaya ge\u00e7tik. Ard\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye Sa\u011fl\u0131k Enstit\u00fcleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na klinik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yapmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/96f91bbd-282f-4a24-a12c-1b1092cfeb3b\/009_2023%2F01_2023%2F30_Aralik%2F34%2F20231204_2_61535438_95568009.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Projelerdeki dokular\u0131 insan dokusunu taklit ederek yap\u0131yoruz&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>G\u0131rtlak kanserinin \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011funu belirten \u00dcst\u00fcnda\u011f, hastal\u0131k kapsamda kanserli b\u00f6lgenin kesilip yerine doku rejenarasyonunu sa\u011flayacak yapay bir doku da \u00fcrettiklerini anlatarak, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/96f91bbd-282f-4a24-a12c-1b1092cfeb3b\/009_2023%2F01_2023%2F30_Aralik%2F34%2F20231204_2_61535438_95568010.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;3 boyutlu yaz\u0131c\u0131larla g\u0131rtlak doku iskeleleri \u00fcretiyoruz. \u015eu anda \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcretiyoruz ve h\u00fccreler \u00fczerinde testleri yapt\u0131ktan sonra hayvan deneylerine ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma soluk borusu olarak da bilinen trakean\u0131n kanser, \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar ya da travma sonucunda hasar g\u00f6ren b\u00f6lgeleri yenilik\u00e7i bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla tedavi etmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/96f91bbd-282f-4a24-a12c-1b1092cfeb3b\/009_2023%2F01_2023%2F30_Aralik%2F34%2F20231204_2_61535438_95568011.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>SAB\u0130OTEK\u2018te \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnleri tasarlayabildiklerinin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen \u00dcst\u00fcnda\u011f, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kulak zar\u0131nda jelatin ve keratin ile derinin birebir ayn\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131nda materyaller kullanarak mikro i\u011fne temelli bir yap\u0131yla 3 boyutlu yaz\u0131c\u0131larda inovatif bir rejinasyon sistemi geli\u015ftiriyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z kulak zar\u0131ndaki hasar\u0131n kolayca tamir edilmesine olanak sunacak. Tasar\u0131mlar tamamen burada yap\u0131l\u0131yor, \u00e7izimler, geometriler farkl\u0131 morfolojilerde farkl\u0131 i\u011fne tiplerinde tasarlan\u0131yor. Projelerde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z dokular\u0131 insan dokusunu taklit ederek yap\u0131yoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalarda h\u00fccreler \u00fczerinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z denemelerde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar ald\u0131k. Hayvan deneylerine ge\u00e7iyoruz, ondan sonra klinik a\u015famaya ge\u00e7ece\u011fiz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z tamamen yerli ve milli. Hatta kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z materyaller yerli imkanlarla \u00fcretilmi\u015f. Yerli \u00fcretimi olmayan baz\u0131 materyalleri yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan temin ediyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/96f91bbd-282f-4a24-a12c-1b1092cfeb3b\/009_2023%2F01_2023%2F30_Aralik%2F34%2F20231204_2_61535438_95568012.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Kulak zar\u0131 yamas\u0131yla i\u015fitme kayb\u0131 ya\u015fayan ki\u015filerin sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclecek&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u00dcst\u00fcnda\u011f, g\u0131rtlak kanseri olan ki\u015filerin doku rejenasyonunda b\u00fcy\u00fck problemler ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu durumun insanlarda ya\u015fam kalitesini olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade ederek, &#8220;G\u0131rtlak yamas\u0131 projesiyle bu sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zecek tamamen rejenere olacak doku iskelesi geli\u015ftirmeyi hedefliyoruz. Yine kulak zar\u0131 yamas\u0131yla i\u015fitme kayb\u0131 ya\u015fayan ki\u015filerin sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olacak. Mesela bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi de kulak zar deli\u011fi var, mevcut durumda kulak t\u00fcp\u00fc tak\u0131l\u0131yor hastalara.
