Dr. Ceyhun Aksoylu, betonarme kiri\u015flerin onar\u0131m ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesi i\u00e7in bir proje \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Fak\u00fcltenin Yap\u0131 ve Mekanik Laboratuvar\u0131&#8217;nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonunda kiri\u015flerin k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetle g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine imkan sa\u011flayan bir teknik geli\u015ftiren akademisyenler, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n patentini de ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan depremi benze\u015ftiren itme ve \u00e7ekme testlerinde, deprem an\u0131nda mekanik \u00e7elik diki\u015f uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131lan kiri\u015flerde, meydana gelecek k\u0131r\u0131lmalara kar\u015f\u0131n koruma sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/76bad36d-1411-48e8-a1ae-b65e58872c06\/01.04%2F7%2FAA-33377454.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Patentli g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme tekni\u011fi ani k\u0131r\u0131lmay\u0131 engelliyor<\/h3>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Aksoylu, AA muhabirine, &#8220;mekanik \u00e7elik diki\u015f&#8221; ismini verdikleri ve patenti al\u0131nan g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme y\u00f6nteminin uygulamada kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in deneyleri s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK projesi kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ikinci a\u015famas\u0131nda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Aksoylu, &#8220;Bu a\u015fama bizim i\u00e7in deprem testi a\u015famas\u0131. Yani deprem an\u0131nda mekanik diki\u015fler i\u015fe yarayacak m\u0131? Bunu test etmek \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok parametreyi dikkate ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7ok kapsaml\u0131 bir deneysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Bu noktada \u00e7ok ciddi kazan\u0131mlar elde ettik.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Aksoylu, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 deneysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda \u00e7elik diki\u015fin \u00e7ok net \u015fekilde i\u015fe yarad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerine dikkati \u00e7ekerek, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130\u00e7indeki sarg\u0131 donat\u0131s\u0131 az olan kiri\u015flerin mekanik diki\u015flerle g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilebilece\u011fini ispat ediyoruz. Yap\u0131 eleman\u0131, deprem an\u0131nda k\u0131r\u0131lmadan kendi i\u00e7inde deplasman yapacak. Buna yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme diyoruz. Bunu mekanik diki\u015flerle sa\u011flayabiliyoruz. Ani bir k\u0131r\u0131lma, toptan bir g\u00f6\u00e7me istemiyoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla her bir yap\u0131 eleman\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcnek (yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme, enerji yutma kapasitesi) davranmas\u0131 gerekiyor, deplasman yapmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesini kaybetmeden bunlar\u0131 yapmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bug\u00fcn buldu\u011fumuz bu patentli g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme tekni\u011fi de bunu sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyle kiri\u015fin hem s\u00fcneklili\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131yoruz, ayn\u0131 zamanda da y\u00fczde 100&#8217;e yak\u0131n dayan\u0131m art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Kiri\u015fin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi y\u00fczde 100 oran\u0131nda sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oluyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/76bad36d-1411-48e8-a1ae-b65e58872c06\/01.04%2F7%2FAA-33377458.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Uygun maliyetle g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme yap\u0131labiliyor<\/h3>\n<p>Baz\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme tekniklerinin maliyetli oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eden Aksoylu, &#8220;Baz\u0131 binalar g\u00fc\u00e7lendirildikten sonra &#8216;ke\u015fke y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p yeniden yap\u0131lsayd\u0131&#8217; durumuna gelebiliyor. Ancak mekanik \u00e7elik diki\u015fler, uygulamadaki y\u00f6ntemler aras\u0131nda maliyeti en uygun olan\u0131. B\u00fct\u00fcn yap\u0131 elemanlar\u0131ndaki kiri\u015fler g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilebilir diyemeyiz.
