Dr. Ye\u015fim Ayd\u0131n Son, AA muhabirine, projeye ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Aslen t\u0131p doktoru olan ve ABD&#8217;de biyoenformatik alan\u0131nda doktora e\u011fitimini tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye d\u00f6nen Ayd\u0131n Son, ODT\u00dc&#8217;de a\u00e7\u0131lan bu alandaki ilk lisans\u00fcst\u00fc program\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitime ba\u015flamas\u0131na katk\u0131 vermesinin \u00fczerinden 14 y\u0131l ge\u00e7ti\u011fini ve son 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r t\u0131p ve yapay zekay\u0131 birle\u015ftiren ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/caec1b32-8257-4f58-87b0-6657c62b92b3\/New%20folder%2FNew%20folder%20(16)%2FAA-33831425.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>ODT\u00dc Enformatik Enstit\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan di\u011fer \u00fcniversitelerden farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden Son, bu kapsamda, laboratuvar ortam\u0131nda veri \u00fcretimi, analizi ile yapay zeka modellerinin molek\u00fcler testler ile do\u011frulamas\u0131n\u0131 yapabildiklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131k bili\u015fimi alan\u0131nda MR, PET gibi radyolojik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin bilgisayar ortam\u0131nda modellemesine dayal\u0131 tan\u0131 sistemleri geli\u015ftirmeye d\u00f6n\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ilerledi\u011fini ifade eden Son, &#8220;B\u00f6ylece klinikte, doktorlar\u0131n hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 tan\u0131s\u0131na destek olabilecek \u00f6n ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu<\/p>\n<p>Biyoinformatik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise son 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Son, bu hastal\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 klinikte &#8220;erken tan\u0131&#8221; i\u00e7in \u00f6zelle\u015fmi\u015f testlerin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Genom ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n son y\u0131llarda pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n te\u015fhisindeki \u00f6nemine i\u015faret eden Son, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda genom ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 ile makine \u00f6\u011frenmesini birle\u015ftirdiklerini belirterek, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Uluslararas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 taraf\u0131nda olu\u015fturulmu\u015f 3 b\u00fcy\u00fck veri seti alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yapay zeka kullanarak analizi ile erken evrede risk g\u00f6stergesi olabilecek genetik profilleri tespit ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu genetik profilleri do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz teknikte, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yanak i\u00e7inden t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck \u00f6rneklerini al\u0131yoruz ve DNA&#8217;lar\u0131n\u0131 izole ediyoruz. Hastal\u0131k riskini 1,5-2 kat art\u0131ran genetik de\u011fi\u015fiklikler tespit ettik, ayr\u0131ca koruyucu olabilecek \u00e7e\u015fitlilikler g\u00f6zledik. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK projemiz kapsam\u0131nda, t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 yapabilen bir molek\u00fcler tan\u0131 kiti prototipi geli\u015ftirdik. Bu analizler ile hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n en erken a\u015famas\u0131nda, sadece yanak i\u00e7inden al\u0131nan bu \u00f6rne\u011fin yapay zeka modeline dayanarak ki\u015filerin riskli olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veya Alzheimer&#8217;a kar\u015f\u0131 koruyucu bir genetik yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p ta\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 doktorlar\u0131m\u0131za bilgi olarak sunmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/caec1b32-8257-4f58-87b0-6657c62b92b3\/New%20folder%2FNew%20folder%20(16)%2FAA-33831428.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Hedef test kiti geli\u015ftirmek&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Y\u00f6ntemin do\u011frulamas\u0131n\u0131 Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi Geriatri B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 100 ki\u015filik Alzheimer hasta grubu \u00fczerinde yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Ayd\u0131n Son, &#8220;Projemiz, prototip a\u015famas\u0131na geldi. Projenin ikinci faz\u0131n\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtimalle bir T\u00dcB\u0130TAK projesiyle, klinik ara\u015ft\u0131rma projesiyle desteklemek istiyoruz. T\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda temel hedefimiz bir tan\u0131 kiti veya bir test geli\u015ftirmek. Bu testlerin temelini olu\u015fturmu\u015f durumday\u0131z.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00d6ROM&#8217;da klinik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ba\u015flat\u0131lacak<\/h3>\n<p>Elde ettikleri sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n optimize edilmesi i\u00e7in geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 bir klinik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 N\u00d6ROM merkezinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftireceklerini ifade eden Son, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Doktorlar\u0131n tan\u0131lar\u0131na destek olmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Klinik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131m\u0131z ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00f6rne\u011fin 65 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fcnde &#8216;hat\u0131rlayamama&#8217; gibi semptomlar g\u00f6steren ki\u015filer bize y\u00f6nlendirilecek. Biz de bu genetik analizlerini yaparak hastan\u0131zda &#8216;risk artt\u0131ran ya da koruyuculuk sa\u011flayan fakt\u00f6rlere dayal\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmesi buradad\u0131r, klinikte g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz tablo ile bunu birle\u015ftirerek karar verebilirsiniz&#8217; diyece\u011fiz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda klinikten hasta g\u00f6nderen doktorlara tan\u0131da yard\u0131mc\u0131 olurken bu hastalar\u0131 uzun s\u00fcreli yani 2-3 sene sonra takip edece\u011fiz. B\u00f6ylece geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck testimizin g\u00fcvenirli\u011fi de daha iyi test edebilece\u011fiz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Hastal\u0131kta erken tan\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Ye\u015fim Ayd\u0131n Son, Alzheimer&#8217;da ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 tan\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda erken tan\u0131n\u0131n da \u00f6nemine i\u015faret ederek, &#8220;Beyinde olu\u015fan dejeneratif olgular\u0131 engelleyemesek bile yava\u015flatmak i\u00e7in baz\u0131 y\u00f6ntemler literat\u00fcre girmi\u015f durumda.
