S\u0131cakl\u0131k artt\u0131k\u00e7a uyku kalitemiz belirli bir \u015fekilde azal\u0131yor. \u00c7in&#8217;de 2 y\u0131l boyunca toplamda 200 bin ki\u015fi \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n \u00f6nemli sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 var. Toplam 23 milyon gece uyku datas\u0131n\u0131 toplayan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re \u00e7evresel s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki 10 derecelik bir art\u0131\u015f\u0131n uyku kalitesini y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131nda bozdu\u011fu g\u00f6sterildi. Uyku kalitesi \u00e7evre s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan etkileniyor. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 giderek daha fazla uyku sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Kaliteli uyku s\u00fcresi k\u0131sal\u0131yor<\/h3>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Prof. Dr. \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, \u00e7evresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kaliteli uyku s\u00fcresini k\u0131saltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bu durumun, v\u00fccut sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bozdu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Yaz aylar\u0131nda uykusuzlukla m\u00fccadele edenlerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, &#8220;Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uykuya dalmak i\u00e7in uykudan yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131m saat \u00f6nce 37,2 derece civar\u0131nda olan v\u00fccut i\u00e7 s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 36,4 dereceye d\u00fc\u015fmesi gerek. D\u0131\u015f ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc engelliyor. B\u00f6yle olunca uykuya dalmam\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015fiyor. Bunun yan\u0131nda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak terleme ya\u015f\u0131yoruz.
